Creativity is universal – Shaping the solutions of tomorrow and dissolving today’s obstacles. Every change embraces creativity.
My experience includes facilitation, lecturing, and coaching for companies and organizations, as well as teaching at various educational levels, including universities, vocational programs, and schools. With extensive experience in broadcast media, I have created 15 new television series and audiovisual formats, granting me firsthand experience in the creation of innovative processes.
I hold a Doctor of Arts from Aalto University’s Department of Film and Television, where my research focused on innovation and creativity in developing audiovisual concepts and formats. As the Director of the Global Creativity Initiative (GCI), I lead international collaborations that connect scholars and professionals who are passionate about interdisciplinary and broadly applicable creativity.
